Paste (Ctrl+V), drag in, or upload a screenshot of a sales order or invoice. It reads the quantity and unit weight off each line item, multiplies them out, adds pallet weight (set below, default 50 lb/pallet), and rounds to the nearest hundred pounds \u2014 then drops it in as a new row. Check the details before building loads, since it's reading an image and can occasionally misjudge a field.
This screenshot-reading feature calls Claude's API. Inside Claude it works automatically; once this file is downloaded and run on your own computer or website, it needs your own Anthropic API key to keep working. Get one free at console.anthropic.com (Settings → API Keys). Note: entering a key here means it's visible in your browser's network requests \u2014 fine for a private internal tool, but don't use this on a public-facing page others can inspect.
Or paste orders from Excel — Order #, Client, City, State, Weight, Pallets, Priority (Y/N, optional), Confirmed (Y/N, optional), LTL (Y/N, optional) — or add rows directly inside each region's section below. Orders are grouped by region (California, Texas, Chicago, East Coast, Local, Other) — the state you type auto-assigns the region, but you can override it per row with the Region dropdown. Check Priority for clients who need to ship first. Check Confirmed once stock is verified and ready to ship — unconfirmed orders are left out of Build loads entirely. Check LTL for a partial shipment going out via a common LTL carrier instead of a full dedicated truck — LTL orders are pulled into their own section and never packed into a full truckload.
